He has worked in various capacities. He started his career with AIL Securities Limited, a subsidiary of Afribank Nigeria Plc before joining Union Homes Savings and Loan Plc with strong competences in Fund Management, Portfolio Structuring and financial advisory services.

He played an active role in the floating of Union Homes REIT as we well as Milestone Fixed Income Fund before joining the Capitalfield Asset Management Company Limited (CAMCO) a subsidiary of Capitalfield Investment Group as Head of Investment.

A passionate lover of knowledge, widely travelled, he has attended various trainings locally and internationally on Private Banking, Wealth Management, Personal Development and Portfolio Management Services. He has experience in Commercial Law Practice, Oil & Gas as well Finance and Investment Matters. The Firm also handles Employment and Company Security Matters.

Alani Balogun is a seasoned professional accountant with more than 35 years of cognate experience in Accountancy, External Auditing, Field Inspection, Internal Control, Commercial, Merchant & Micro Finance Banking, Wide ranged Consultancy Services provision, Business Development and Management, Hospitality Industry Administration & Financial Management, Credit Administration, Local & International Treasury & Banking Operations handling, Receivership, Inspectorate and Financial Advisory Services & Capital Market regulatory framework and compliance activities.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985, 2 years after graduation in 1983 with Upper Credit in Accountancy.

He joined the company as a Chief Compliance Officer in March, 2019.

Mr Alani Balogun has attended various competence enhanced courses such as Financial Management Seminar, Service Excellence Seminar, CBN Authorized Dealer’s Course, Management Skills, Bank Analysis System, Computer Appreciation Course, Future Bank Audit, Finacle Dynamics and Finacle Training for Inspectors, Total Quality Management, Internal Audit/Inspection Training Functions & Performance Management as well as Micro Finance Bank Management.

OLUSEGUN OYE. Business Partner He graduated from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1990 with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Economics with a First-Class degree. He joined the services of Chevron Nigeria Limited as a temporary staff in the medical division of the company with a mandate to automate the medical and pharmaceutical services of the department. He worked briefly at Computer Software Associates (CSA) as a Software Analyst and Systems Automation Limited respectively. His Master’s programme was in Finance from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

He joined the Management Development Programme (MDP) of First City Monument Bank (FCMB Group) with considerable experience in CSL Stockbrokers Limited and CSL Registrars Limited, both subsidiaries of FCMB Plc where he had enormous exposure to local Market (spanning share registration, Investment Front Office & Back Office Operations (Settlement & Custody Operations), Equity Trading and Financial Analysis) and Foreign Markets Operations.

He studied International Securities and Investment Banking at ICMA Centre (a Capital Markets Educational Centre founded and financed by the International Capital Markets Association (a body of International Investment Banks of Europe) in the University of Reading, United Kingdom where he earned a Master’s degree. He took up appointment with Lead Securities & Investment Limited (now Lead Capital Limited) as the Chief Operating Officer and Investment Manager. While with Lead Capital, he was extensively involved in securities dealings (equities and fixed income), investment marketing, research, advisory and primary market capital raising transactions. Some of the landmark transactions he took part in were - UAC Rights Issue, Obudu Ranch Development Bonds and Cornerstone rights issue amongst others.
